Golf Holiday Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. You’ll be welcomed at the airport by a Golf 2 Africa Guide, who will assist with your luggage and transfer you in comfort to Legend Golf and Safari Resort.

Check in and spend the remainder of the day relaxing beside the pool or at the spa.

Day 2

After an early wake up call, you’ll embark on a sunrise safari with the resort’s game rangers in the Entabeni Safari Conservancy. Members of the Big 5 are frequent sighted along with hippo, crocodile and many antelope species.

Optional extra: After lunch you can play the 19th Hole Extreme at Legend Golf Course, subject to weather conditions.

The now world famous Extreme 19th is the world’s longest and highest Par 3, providing every golfer with an unforgettable golfing experience. Accessible only by helicopter, the tee is situated atop Hanglip Mountain with a 361 metres shot to the green,  located 400 breath-taking metres below the tee. There is nothing like it anywhere else on planet golf!

Day 3

Legend  is the longest golf course in South Africa, providing all golfers, irrespective of their handicap, the experience of a true African challenge. The course plays at 6,534 metres for daily play but is capable of being extended to 7,748 metres for tournaments, making it one of the longest in the world. Set on the legendary 22 000 hectare Entabeni Safari Conservancy, the course has flowing fairways which wind through the open grasslands and dense bush. The design and layout of the course are in complete harmony with the natural resources.

Day 4

Enjoy breakfast and a relaxing morning before checking out. Meet your driver at reception for your transfer back to the airport.
