Golf Holiday Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Cape Town International or O.R. Tambo, Johannesburg. Clear passport control and collect your luggage. Board the short connection flight to George.
Upon arrival in George you’ll collect your luggage and meet your driver in the arrival hall. You’ll be transferred in comfort to Fancourt Golf Resort, home of the 2003 Presidents Cup.
Check in and spend the remainder of the day relaxing beside the pool or at the spa (complimentary spa voucher included).
Day 2
Play a round of golf at Fancourt Montagu after breakfast. The Montagu is a much celebrated parkland course and has been ranked as the number-one golf course in South Africa in the past.Spend the rest of the day discovering Fancourt at your own pace. Half day tours to interesting locations around the Garden Route can be booked at Fancourt Reception.
Day 3
After breakfast you’ll be teeing off at Fancourt Links Golf Course. The Links at Fancourt is considered to be the most impressively designed and constructed course in South Africa. Every hole has received detailed attention to ensure that the overall balance in terms of length, position of hazards and shot values are in harmony.
After golf you can rejuvenate body and mind at the award-winning Fancourt Spa.
Day 4
Play a round of golf at Fancourt Outeniqua after breakfast. Designed by legendary Grand Slam golfer, Gary Player, it is similar in character to its sibling, the Montagu, and its challenging design and fine conditioning will ensure an excellent test for all levels of golfers.
Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 5
After breakfast you’ll be playing your second round at Fancourt Montagu. Top up your tan beside the pool after golf or visit the Fancourt Golf Academy to work on some aspects of your game with the guidance of Fancourt’s teaching pros.
Day 6
Enjoy breakfast and a relax at the hotel before checking out. You’ll be transferred back to George Airport, where you’ll board the short flight back to Cape Town. Do some last minute duty free shopping before boarding your flight back home.
