Golf Holiday Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Cape Town International. Clear passport control and collect your luggage. Meet your driver in the arrivals hall and head to Erinvale Hotel and Spa, located at the Erinvale Estate in Somerset West.
The hotel offers 57 rooms that are exquisitely furnished, with air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Each is fully equipped with a personal safe, coffee/tea-making facilities, refrigerator, satellite television and direct dial telephones.
Day 2
Play a round of at Erinvale Golf Course after breakfast.
Designed by Gary Player, Erinvale’s beautifully manicured par 72 championship course boasts some of the country’s most challenging and spectacular holes. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 3
Enjoy an early breakfast and meet your driver at reception for a short transfer to De Zalze GC.
The course has an excellent mix of parkland holes with its main defenses coming from the water features on several of the holes as well as the oak tree lined Blaauwklippen River which winds its way through the golf estate and comes into play at various intervals.
After golf you’ll head off on a private wine tasting tour during the afternoon. Visit Spier and Vergelegen Wine Estates and taste some of the region’s best wines. Return to the hotel before dinner.
Day 4
Play your second round round of golf at Erinvale and spend the afternoon relaxing at your own pace.
Day 5
Enjoy breakfast and a relax at the hotel before checking out. You’ll be transferred back to the airport, where you can do some last minute duty free shopping before boarding your flight back home.
